How can I enable Android Auto on my Audi A1?

I just purchased an Audi A1 and I am trying to set up Android Auto but I can't seem to find the option. Does anyone know how to enable it?

To enable Android Auto on your Audi A1, first make sure that your phone is connected via USB and that you have the latest version of Android Auto installed on your device. Then, go to the Settings menu on your vehicle's infotainment system and select the Smartphone Interface option. From there, you can enable Android Auto and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the setup process.

I had the same issue and after some troubleshooting, I found out that my USB cord wasn't supported by Android Auto. Make sure you're using a cord that is compatible with both your phone and the car's USB port. If you're still having trouble, try restarting both your phone and the car's infotainment system.
