ReplyTo enable adaptive cruise control on your Audi A4, press the 'ACC' button on your steering wheel to activate the system. Then, use the '+/-' buttons to set your desired speed and the distance from the vehicle in front of you. Keep in mind that the maximum speed limit for adaptive cruise control is 130km/h.
