How can I disable automatic start-stop function on my Audi A1?

I recently purchased an Audi A1 and I find the automatic start-stop function to be annoying. Is there a way to disable it permanently without having to press the button every time I start the car?

Unfortunately, the automatic start-stop function cannot be permanently disabled on the Audi A1. However, you can press and hold the button for 3 seconds to deactivate it for that specific drive. It will reactivate when you turn off the car and start it again.
