I recently purchased a new Audi and I'm having trouble connecting my phone to the car's Bluetooth. I've tried following the manual's instructions but I can't seem to get it to work. Can anyone please guide me through the process?
ReplyHi Samuel, first make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on. Then, go to the Audi's settings and select 'Phone' from the menu. Choose 'Bluetooth' and make sure it is turned on. Your phone should then be able to detect the car's Bluetooth signal.
Hey Samuel, I had the same problem at first. Make sure your phone is in discoverable mode and try restarting both your phone and the car's Bluetooth system. If that doesn't work, try deleting any previous connections and pairing your phone with the car again.
Hi Samuel, make sure the phone you're trying to connect with is on the list of compatible devices for your Audi model. If it is, try updating your phone's software to the latest version and then try pairing it again.
