I recently got an Audi A1 and I'm having trouble connecting my phone to the car's Bluetooth system. I've followed the instructions in the manual but it still won't pair. What am I doing wrong?
ReplyFirst, make sure that your phone's Bluetooth is turned on and in discoverable mode. Then, try deleting any existing pairings on your car and phone and try pairing again. If that doesn't work, you may need to update the software on your car's infotainment system.
I had a similar issue with my A1 and I found that resetting the infotainment system solved the problem. To do this, go to MENU > SETUP > SYSTEM > RESET. Keep in mind that this will reset all infotainment settings, but it may fix the Bluetooth connection issue.
