How can I change the speedometer unit to km/h on my Audi A3?

I just bought a used Audi A3 from Germany and the speedometer unit is currently set to km/h. How do I change it to mph?

To change the speedometer unit, go to the settings menu on your Audi A3. From there, select the unit option and change it to mph. This can also be done through the dashboard controls.
