How can I change the automatic gearbox oil in an Audi A1?

I recently purchased a used Audi A1 and I want to make sure I properly maintain it. One thing I'm not sure about is how to change the automatic gearbox oil. Can anyone provide me with some instructions on how to do this correctly?
