How can I adjust the headlight aim on my Audi A4?

I have noticed that my headlights on my Audi A4 seem to be pointing too low, making it difficult to see while driving at night. How can I adjust the aim of my headlights to improve visibility?

To adjust the headlight aim on your Audi A4, you will need a Phillips head screwdriver and an Allen wrench. Start by finding the adjustment screws located on the headlight assembly. Use the Phillips head screwdriver to turn one screw to raise or lower the headlight beam until it is at the correct height. Then, use the Allen wrench to turn the other screw to adjust the horizontal aim. Repeat for the other headlight.

There are a few reasons why your headlights may be aiming too low. It could be due to worn out shocks or struts, causing your vehicle to sit lower and point the headlights downward. It could also be due to a heavy load in the vehicle. Check the condition of your shocks and struts and remove any heavy items from your vehicle before adjusting the headlight aim.
