I am having trouble activating the Lane Departure Warning system on my Audi A6. Can someone give me step-by-step instructions?
ReplyTo activate the Lane Departure Warning system on your Audi A6, first make sure the car is in drive mode and the steering wheel is not being turned. Then, press the button on the end of the turn signal stalk to enable the system. A green indicator light will appear on the instrument cluster when the system is activated.
I have found that the Lane Departure Warning system works best when the steering wheel is held at a 9 and 3 position. Make sure that you are not holding the wheel at 12 and 6, as it may interfere with the system's functionality.
