To reset the MMI system, first turn off the car and remove the key from the ignition. Then, press and hold both the MENU and CAR buttons on the control panel for about 10 seconds. The MMI system will reset and your screen should go black. After a few seconds, the MMI logo should appear and the system will reload. This should resolve any issues you are experiencing with your MMI system.
If the above method does not work, you can also try disconnecting the car battery for at least 15 minutes. This will reset the system completely and may resolve any issues you are having with the MMI system.
