I have a 1996 Audi 80 and the RPM dial seems to be stuck on 0. The rest of the dials and gauges are functioning properly. Is there a possible reason for this and how can I fix it?
ReplyThe most common reason for a non-functioning RPM dial is a malfunctioning RPM sensor. This sensor is responsible for sending information to the gauge in the form of electrical impulses. If the sensor is faulty or damaged, it can cause the dial to get stuck on 0. It is recommended to have the sensor checked and replaced if necessary.
