Why is the engine of my Audi A7 making a clicking noise?

I've noticed a clicking noise coming from the engine of my Audi A7. It seems to happen when I accelerate or decelerate. Should I be concerned?

Sometimes, a clicking noise in the engine can be caused by a loose or worn-out belt. I would recommend taking your Audi A7 to a mechanic to have them inspect the belts and replace any worn ones if necessary.
