Why is my Audi A8 making a clicking noise when I turn the steering wheel?

I've noticed that when I turn the steering wheel in my Audi A8, there is a clicking noise coming from the front of the car. It's only been happening recently, and I'm not sure what could be causing it. Can you provide any insight into what might be causing this issue?

This clicking noise could be a sign of a worn out CV joint or axle. It's important to have this checked out and potentially replaced as soon as possible, as a damaged CV joint can cause serious damage to your car's drivetrain if not addressed.

Another possible cause of the clicking noise could be a loose or worn out tie rod end. This can also lead to uneven tire wear and affect your car's steering and handling. It's important to have this checked out and replaced if necessary.
