This could be a sign that your serpentine belt needs to be replaced. It is responsible for powering various components in your engine, including the alternator and AC compressor. Have a mechanic check the condition of the belt and replace it if necessary.

It's possible that your brake pads are worn out or have become damaged. This could cause them to make a loud noise when you accelerate. Have your brake pads inspected and replaced if needed.

Check your vehicle's wheel bearings. Worn or damaged wheel bearings can cause a screeching noise while driving. Have them checked and replaced if necessary.
