Why does the Audi 80's engine produce a strange sound when starting the car?

I recently bought an Audi 80 and noticed that when I start the car, there is a strange sound coming from the engine. It only lasts for a few seconds and then goes away. Should I be concerned?

This could be due to a few reasons, but it is most likely caused by a loose or worn belt in the engine. It's normal for the belts to make some noise when starting the car, but if the sound persists or gets louder, it's best to have it checked by a mechanic.

I've experienced this same issue with my Audi 80. It's usually nothing to worry about, but it's always a good idea to get it checked out by a professional just to be safe.

I had a similar problem with my Audi 80 and it turned out to be a faulty pulley in the engine. I recommend taking it to a certified Audi mechanic to have it inspected and repaired if necessary.
