Why does my Audi engine make a ticking noise when idling?

I've noticed a distinct ticking noise coming from my Audi's engine while idling. It seems to go away when I accelerate, but returns when the car is at a standstill. Is this a cause for concern?

This ticking noise is most likely caused by an issue with the valves in your engine. It's important to have it checked by a mechanic to determine the exact cause and prevent further damage.

I had a similar issue with my Audi and it turned out to be a clogged oil filter. Get it checked as soon as possible to avoid any potential engine damage.

The ticking noise could be due to a loose or worn out serpentine belt. Have it inspected and replaced if necessary.
