Why does my Audi e-Tron only have a range of 200 miles?

I recently purchased an Audi e-Tron and the advertised range was 400 miles. However, I have only been able to get a maximum of 200 miles on a single charge. Is there something wrong with my car or is this normal for an electric vehicle?
