Why does my Audi A7 randomly lose power?

I have an Audi A7 and recently it has been losing power randomly. When I press the gas pedal, there is a delay in acceleration, causing the car to jerk and struggle to gain speed. What could be causing this issue?

There are a few possible causes for this issue. One common cause is a dirty or clogged fuel filter.
