Why does my Audi A5 make a clicking noise while turning?

I've noticed a clicking noise coming from the front end of my Audi A5 whenever I turn left or right. It seems to get louder as I accelerate. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

One possible cause could be a failing CV joint. If the noise seems to be coming from the front wheels, it's worth getting them checked out.

Check your power steering fluid levels. If they're low, it could be causing your Audi A5 to make that clicking noise.

It could also be a problem with your wheel bearings. Have a mechanic take a look and replace them if needed.
