Why does my Audi A4 make a strange noise when I turn the steering wheel?

Recently, I've noticed that my Audi A4 makes a strange noise whenever I turn the steering wheel. It's a low humming sound that persists even when the car is not moving. It's not too loud, but it's definitely noticeable. What could be causing this and should I be concerned?

It's possible that you have a problem with your power steering system. This could be due to low steering fluid or a faulty pump. I would recommend taking your car to a mechanic to get it checked out.

Another possibility is that your wheel bearings are worn out. This can also cause a humming noise when turning. I suggest getting them checked and replaced if necessary.
