Why does my Audi A2 shake while driving at high speeds?

Whenever I reach speeds above 70 mph, my Audi A2 seems to shake and vibrate. What could be causing this?

It is possible that your wheel bearings are worn out or damaged. This can cause vibrations at high speeds and should be checked by a mechanic as soon as possible.
