Why does my Audi A2 shake when I accelerate?

I recently noticed that my Audi A2 starts to shake when I step on the gas pedal. It's not a major shake, but enough to make me feel uncomfortable. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

It's possible that your engine mounts are worn out and need to be replaced. This is a common issue with older cars, including the Audi A2. It's best to take your car to a mechanic to have it inspected and replaced if necessary.

C

Another possibility is that your tires are out of balance or have uneven wear. This can cause shaking when accelerating. You should have your tires rotated and balanced regularly to prevent this issue.

D

If you notice the shaking is more noticeable when you accelerate hard, it's possible that your spark plugs are worn out. They should be replaced every 30,000 miles. You can do this yourself or have a mechanic do it for you.
