What's the difference between the Audi R8 V10 and the R8 V10 Plus?

I'm considering buying an Audi R8, but I'm not sure which model to choose. What are the technical differences between the R8 V10 and the R8 V10 Plus? Which one would you recommend and why?

Both the R8 V10 and the R8 V10 Plus have a V10 engine, but the Plus has a higher output at 610 horsepower compared to the V10's 532 horsepower. Additionally, the Plus has a stiffer suspension and carbon ceramic brakes for better performance.
