What is the purpose of the Audi RS exhaust system?

I have heard a lot about the Audi RS exhaust system but I am not sure what it is supposed to do. Can someone explain its main function? Do other Audi models have the same system?

The Audi RS exhaust system is specifically designed to provide high performance and enhanced engine sound for the RS models. It is not available in other Audi models as it is exclusive to the RS line.
