What is the difference between Audi's Quattro and Quattro Ultra AWD systems?

I am considering purchasing an Audi model and I am wondering what the main differences between their Quattro and Quattro Ultra AWD systems are. Does one offer better performance or handling than the other? Thanks!

The main difference between Audi's Quattro and Quattro Ultra AWD systems is that the Quattro Ultra system utilizes a predictive algorithm to determine when AWD is needed, while the regular Quattro system sends power to all four wheels at all times. This means that the Quattro Ultra system may have slightly better fuel efficiency, but the regular Quattro system may provide better traction in extreme driving conditions.

Both Quattro and Quattro Ultra AWD systems offer excellent performance and handling. However, the Quattro Ultra system is more advanced and can also decouple the rear axle when not needed, further increasing fuel efficiency.
