What is the best tire size for an Audi R8?

I just purchased an Audi R8 and I'm wondering what tire size would be best for optimal performance and handling. Can anyone offer some advice?

I've had my Audi R8 for a few years now and I've found that a tire size of 245/35R19 for the front and 285/35R19 for the rear provides a good balance of performance and comfort.
