I have an Audi e-Tron and can say that the charging speed depends on the power source - a 120-volt outlet will take approximately 40 hours to fully charge whereas a 240-volt outlet only takes 9 hours.
Based on my experience, if you charge overnight with a 240-volt outlet, you can easily have a full battery every morning without any issues.
