Solving High Pitched Noise from Brakes on Audi A1

I've recently noticed that my Audi A1 is making a high pitched noise when I press on the brakes. Is this something I should be worried about?

It's normal for brakes to make some noise, especially when they are new. However, if the noise is excessively loud or persistent, it could indicate a problem. I would recommend having a mechanic check it out to be safe.
