Is it normal for my Audi A5 to make a clicking noise when turning?

I recently noticed that my Audi A5 makes a clicking noise whenever I turn the steering wheel. Is this something I should be worried about or is it a normal sound for this car model? I want to make sure I am not causing any damage to my car.
