I've been having some issues with the MMI touch screen on my Audi A6. Sometimes it doesn't respond to touch or it freezes. Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution?
ReplyYou may need to recalibrate the touch screen. To do this, go to the MMI menu settings and select 'calibration'. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the process.
Try resetting the MMI system by pressing and simultaneously holding down the MENU, central control knob and top right control knob buttons for 10 seconds. This should reset the touch screen and resolve any freezing issues.
