In my new Audi A4 2021, the MMI (multimedia interface) display suddenly stopped working. I can't control the radio, navigation, or vehicle settings anymore. How can I troubleshoot and fix this issue?
ReplyBased on my experience as an Audi technician, this is a common issue with the MMI display. Try restarting the MMI system by pressing and holding the power and menu buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds.
One thing you can check is the fuse for the MMI system. If it's blown, the display won't work. You can refer to your owner's manual to locate and replace the fuse.
