How to reset the service indicator on an Audi A4?

I have a 2015 Audi A4 and the service indicator is on, but my regular mechanic isn't available. How can I reset the service indicator without taking it to the dealership?

To reset the service indicator on your Audi A4, turn the car on and select the Service view on your dashboard. Then, press and hold the miles/kilometers button until the oil can and wrench symbols appear. Release the button and use the arrow keys to select 'reset' and confirm by pressing the miles/kilometers button again.

A quick way to reset the service indicator on your Audi A4 is to use the iCarsoft VAG scanner tool. With the tool plugged in, select 'Reset Service Reminder' from the main menu and follow the on-screen prompts. This tool can also help diagnose any other potential issues with your car.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can try resetting the service indicator on your Audi A4 manually. This involves locating and removing the instrument cluster and manually turning the dial to reset the service indicator. However, this method is not recommended for those without experience working on cars.
