How to fix an unresponsive infotainment system in an Audi?

I have an Audi Q5 and the infotainment system has suddenly stopped responding. The touch screen isn't working and none of the buttons are responsive. What could be the problem and how can I fix it?

First, try restarting the system by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds. If that doesn't work, check all the cables and connections to make sure everything is securely connected. Sometimes loose connections can cause the system to become unresponsive.

If the restart and connections don't work, try resetting the system by going into the settings and selecting the option to reset to factory settings. Keep in mind that this will erase all system customizations and saved data.
