How to enable traffic sign recognition feature on Audi A6?

I'm looking to enable the traffic sign recognition feature on my Audi A6, but I can't seem to find it in my settings. Any tips on how to activate it?

To enable traffic sign recognition feature, go to the "Driver Assistance" section in the MMI system, then select "Settings" and toggle on the option for "Traffic Sign Recognition".
