How often should I change my Audi 80's oil?

I recently purchased a used Audi 80 and I'm not sure how often I should be changing the oil. I've been told varying lengths of time, but I want to be sure I'm doing what's best for my car.

The general rule of thumb is to change your Audi 80's oil every 5,000 miles or every 6 months, whichever comes first. However, if you frequently drive in extreme conditions such as stop-and-go traffic or in hot or cold climates, you may want to change it more frequently.

It's always a good idea to consult your owner's manual for specific recommendations for your Audi 80. It may vary based on the model and year of your car.

If you want to be extra cautious and ensure the longevity of your car's engine, you can change the oil every 3,000 miles or every 3 months. This is a more frequent schedule, but it can be worth it in the long run.
