How do I turn on the heat in my Audi e-Tron?

I recently purchased an Audi e-Tron and I am having trouble figuring out how to turn on the heat. I have tried adjusting the temperature controls but nothing seems to be working. Can someone please advise me on how to turn on the heat in my e-Tron?
