How do I turn off my Audi A5's auto stop-start feature?

I find the auto stop-start feature on my Audi A5 to be very annoying. Is there a way to disable it permanently?

To disable the auto stop-start feature on your Audi A5, simply press the Auto Start-Stop button located near the gearshift lever. This will disable the feature for your current drive. However, if you want to permanently disable it, you can get it coded by a trusted mechanic or dealership.
