I have been experiencing issues with my MMI system in my Audi A5. The screen freezes and the controls become unresponsive at times. Can anyone offer any advice on how to troubleshoot this issue?
ReplyI had a similar issue with my MMI system and I was able to resolve it by rebooting the system. You can do this by holding down the power button for 10 seconds. Hopefully this works for you as well.
You may want to try performing a software update for your MMI system. Sometimes outdated software can cause glitches like the ones you are experiencing.
