I just got my new Audi A6 and I can't figure out how to turn on the Lane Departure Warning (LDW) feature. I know that it's supposed to help prevent accidents by alerting me when I'm drifting out of my lane, but I can't seem to find the controls for it. Can someone please explain how to activate this feature?
ReplyTo switch on the Lane Departure Warning (LDW) in your Audi A6, you first need to ensure that the LDW system is activated in the Audi Drive Select menu. Once activated, you can then use the buttons on the steering wheel to turn on the LDW. Keep in mind that the LDW feature will automatically switch off when you turn off the engine, so you'll have to reactivate it each time you start your car.
To turn on the Lane Departure Warning (LDW) in your Audi A6, first make sure that the LDW button on the instrument panel is lit. Then go to the MMI display and navigate to the 'Car' menu. From there, select 'Driver assistance' and then choose 'Lane assist' to switch it on.
