I recently changed my tires and the tire pressure warning light on my dashboard is still on. I have checked the pressure and it seems fine. Is there a specific procedure for resetting the light on this model?
ReplyTo reset the tire pressure warning light on your 2017 Audi A1, start by ensuring that your tires are properly inflated. Then, turn on your ignition and press the Menu button on your dashboard. Use the scroll wheel to navigate to the Service menu and select Tire pressure monitoring system. From there, choose Reset and confirm the action. The warning light should turn off.
I had the same issue with my Audi A1. In addition to checking the tire pressure, make sure your spare tire is also properly inflated and that all sensors are working properly. If the light still won't turn off, try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes and then reconnecting it. This should reset the system.
According to the manual, the tire pressure warning light should automatically turn off after the pressure has been corrected. However, if it doesn't, you can try manually resetting it by pressing the Reset button located near the steering wheel.
