How do I reset the tire pressure sensor on my Audi A3?

I recently changed my tires and now the tire pressure warning light won't go off. How can I reset the sensor myself without having to take it to the dealership?

You can manually reset the tire pressure sensor by following these steps:
1. Turn on the ignition but do not start the car.
2. Press the CAR button on the control panel until 'Service' is displayed.
3. Select 'Tire pressure' and press the OK button.
4. Select 'Store tire pressures' and press the OK button again.
5. Once the tire pressure values are displayed, press and hold the OK button until you hear a beep.
6. Turn off the ignition and start the car.

This should reset the sensor and the warning light should turn off. If it doesn't, you may have a faulty sensor and should take it to the dealership for further diagnosis.

There's actually a quick and easy way to reset the tire pressure sensor on your Audi A3.
1. Start your car and drive for at least 20 minutes at a speed of 50 mph or more.
2. Stop and turn off the car.
3. Wait for a few minutes and then start the car again.

The sensor should reset itself automatically. If not, try checking the pressure of all your tires and making sure they're within the recommended range.
