My service indicator came on and I can't figure out how to reset it. I'm not very familiar with car maintenance and would appreciate some clear steps on how to reset it.
ReplyTo reset the service indicator on your Audi A2 1.6 FSI, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the ignition, but don't start the engine.
2. Press and hold down the trip odometer reset button on the dashboard until the service indicator light begins flashing.
3. Release the button and then press and hold it again until the display shows "SERVICE IN ## KM" (## represents the number of kilometers until the next service is needed).
4. Release the button and turn off the ignition.
This should reset your service indicator and give you an accurate mileage until your next service is due. If your indicator is still not reset, try repeating the steps a few times. Good luck!
