How do I reset the service indicator on an Audi A2?

I recently bought an Audi A2 and the service indicator has come on. I want to reset it myself instead of taking it to a mechanic. How can I do this?

To reset the service indicator on your Audi A2, first turn the ignition to the on position without starting the engine. Press and hold the trip reset button on the instrument cluster until the service indicator begins to flash. Release the button and then press and hold it again until the display reads 'SERVICE - - -'. Press the button again and the display should read 'SERVICE IN --- KM'. Use the trip reset button to enter the number of kilometers you want to drive before the next service is due. Finally, press and hold the button until the display reads 'SERVICE IN KM / DAYS'. Release the button and the service indicator is now reset.
