My MMI system seems to be frozen and non-responsive. I have tried turning it off and on, but it still doesn't work. Is there a way to reset it?
ReplyTo reset the MMI system on your Audi A2, press and hold down the Menu, Nav, and the top right control buttons at the same time for at least 10 seconds. This will force the system to reboot and should resolve any frozen or unresponsive issues.
If pressing and holding down the buttons doesn't work, you can try disconnecting the car battery for a few minutes before reconnecting it. This will also reset the MMI system and might help resolve the issue.
Make sure all your software and firmware are up to date. Outdated versions can cause malfunctions in the MMI system. Check for updates through the Audi website or bring it to a certified mechanic for assistance.
