To reset the MMI on your Audi Q5, start by turning on the ignition and then pressing and holding the MENU button on the MMI control panel for about 5 seconds. Release the button and a prompt should appear asking if you want to reset the system. Select 'Yes' and the MMI will be reset to its original settings.
