ReplyTo reset the MMI on your Audi, first turn on the ignition and then press and hold the 'MENU' button on the MMI control panel for about 5 seconds. This will take you to the 'Engineering Menu'. From there, select 'CAR' and then choose the 'Reset MMI' option.
I had the same issue with my Audi and the dealership recommended resetting the MMI. However, I found out that unplugging the MMI power supply for a few minutes can also achieve the same result. Just make sure to turn off your vehicle before unplugging.
