ReplyTo reset the MMI infotainment system on your Audi, press and hold the three primary buttons on the MMI (Nav, Voice, and Menu) simultaneously for 10 seconds. This will reboot the system and may resolve your issues.
If your Audi has the remote keyless entry system, you can also try using the key fob to reset the MMI. With the car off, press and hold the unlock button for 10 seconds to reboot the system.
Before resetting your MMI, try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes and then reconnecting it. This may reset the system and save you the hassle of reprogramming your settings.
