How do I reset the MMI in my Audi A4?

I recently bought a used Audi A4 and the MMI system seems to be frozen. The screen is unresponsive and I can't access any of the menus or controls. How can I reset the MMI system?

Hi Emma, resetting the MMI system in your Audi A4 is actually quite simple. All you need to do is press and hold down the MENU, central control knob and top right control knob buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds. This should force a reboot of the MMI system.
