How do I reset the maintenance light on an Audi A6?

I just had my Audi A6 serviced and the maintenance light is still on. How do I reset it?

To reset the maintenance light on your Audi A6, first insert your key into the ignition and turn it to the 'on' position without starting the engine. Then, press and hold the '0.0' button on your instrument panel for approximately 10 seconds until the maintenance light begins to flash. Release the button and the light should go off. If it doesn’t, try repeating the process.

Another way to reset the maintenance light is by using the MMI (Multi Media Interface) controls on your dashboard. Go to the CAR MENU, select SERVICE, then select RESET OIL CHANGE or RESET SERVICE INTERVAL depending on the type of service you had done. Confirm the reset and the maintenance light should go off.
