I have an Audi A4 and recently the infotainment system has been acting up. The touchscreen keeps freezing and some of the buttons are unresponsive. Is there a way to reset the system without having to take it to the dealership?
ReplyYes, there is a simple way to reset the infotainment system on your Audi A4. First, turn off the ignition and then press and hold the MENU button on the control panel. While holding the button, turn the ignition on and continue holding for a few seconds until the MMI screen turns off. Release the MENU button and the system should reset.
I had the same issue with my Audi A6 and the dealership was able to reset the system for me. I would recommend taking it to them to ensure it is done correctly.
